Service Description

Our initial assessment is 1 hour and involves a functional movement assessment. You will be provided with a preliminary diagnosis and a Physiotherapy plan. Your program may include dry needling, massage, exercise prescription and lifestyle advice. You will be provided with an online exercise and movement program through which you can communicate with your Physiotherapist between sessions.
